Class Clown Chili Co Frozen Fire

Like a great ice-wine, we waited until after the peppers were kissed by the frost in the fall to harvest them.  Does it make them tastier, who knows?  The sauce sure turned out well though.  Enjoy this Verde inspired sauce complete with Tomatillo, Honeydew Melon, Grapefruit, and a hint of Tequila, not to mention unpredictable heat.  

This sauce is awesome  on everything from burritos, to breakfast!

Ingredients: Frosted chili peppers, serrano peppers, scotch brain peppers, green bell peppers, roasted tomatillos, honeydew melon, grapefruit juice, coconut water, roasted garlic, sauteed yellow onion, agave syrup, cilantro, white wine vinegar, lime juice, tequila reposado, sea salt, course pepper, lemon verbema
