Purple Basil Zest
This exotic, pungent basil-flavoured zest makes the ultimate Greek salad dressing! We take copious amounts of fresh Dark Opal Basil, blend it with hot vinegar, our dried herb mix, garlic and fresh ground pepper. It’s capped, sealed, and brewed like a tea for several weeks before we micro-filter it. Blend it with extra virgin olive oil for a delicious Mediterranean style salad. It’s also a fabulous marinade.
Ingredients: White Wine Vinegar, Dark Opal Basil, Dried Garlic, Dried Herb Mix, Ground Black Pepper.
