This family recipe is from Panton's Hope, not far from Boston Portland Jamaica- which is "world famous" for Jerk.

Ingredients:  Tomato Puree, sugar, molasses fancy, water, Worcestershire sauce, onion, salt, chili pepper extract, cloves, natural flavours, tamarind extract, scotch bonnet and country pepper mix, distilled vinegar
